Rethinking your Benefits Strategy through the Lens of Equity and Inclusion

Tuesday, October 18, 2022

5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Stoel Rives, Portland, OR

The challenges of the past several years have made a significant impact to how organizations are approaching both their benefits and rewards strategies to attract and retain talent. Additionally, the rise of social justice movements have made organizations more aware that they need to look at every decision they make through a more inclusive lens.

Attendees will walk away having learned:

  1. Understanding what DEI is and is not.
  2. Top trends in the benefits and global rewards space that progressive organizations are implementing to address equity and inclusion.
  3. What types of financial wellbeing strategies can have the most impact on an organization and its workers.
