WP&BC Portland Chapter Recorded Webinar

What's New in Washington (and what actually matters to you)

Bonnie Treichel, JC

ZUNA

This is a recorded webinar originally presented on September 16, 2020.

With rapid changing policy developments and the elections just around the corner, updates from Washington have been fast and furious – and changing often. Join Bonnie Treichel, JD, Co-Founder of ZUNA, for a session that will help attendees understand the landscape of what’s new from Washington.  Coming from the administrative agencies (IRS and DOL) as well as Congress, the session will discuss:

  • SECURE Act implementation and follow-up guidance
  • CARES Act
  • Fiduciary Rule (round 3)
  • ESG Guidance
  • Private Equity in DC plans

Focusing on the parts of these issues that actually matter most for attendees, the session will help attendees piece together a game plan for year-end to ensure that clients and partners can prepare to take actionable steps on these important updates.

Bonnie M. Treichel is a Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of ZUNA, a national finance and benefit consulting firm. Bonnie brings experience to a variety of ERISA and retirement plan-related issues, and she is a frequent speaker on the topic of retirement plan issues at local, regional, and national conferences and events.
