Recent Developments in Health Care Reform

Presented by:

Christine Moehl of Saalfeld Griggs

November 12, 2014

Although it has been over four years since the first provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act took effect, the landscape of Health Care Reform  remains in flux due to newly-released regulatory guidance and court rulings. This program will focus on the latest governmental developments regarding the implementation of Health Care Reform, including information on employer penalties, employer reporting requirements, and employee notices. The program will also include an overview of on-going judicial challenges to the law, and transitional relief for employers in 2015 and 2016.
